The Call-Waiting service allows you to receive a second call during one current one (second line). Please note that if the service is activated and the subscriber presses the waiting button for one call, payment will be made for both calls: for the current one and for the one that is on hold.

The service has been activated by our company, but, perhaps, the subscriber will additionally need to activate this function on his telephone.

Therefore, the telephone set must necessarily support the "Call Hold" function.
